Questions about plans
What counts as a scan?
A scan sends every prompt in a brand’s set to every engine your plan includes, once, and each prompt and engine pair produces one answer. A Free scan is 10 prompts on 2 engines, so 20 answers. A Starter scan is 25 prompts on 5 engines, so 125. A Pro scan is 40 prompts on 5 engines, so 200. Pro’s daily scans run a core set of 6 prompts.
Which AI engines do you ask?
Free scans ask Perplexity and Claude. Starter and Pro also ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. Engines are queried through APIs with web search on, and Google AI Overviews are read from Google results through a data provider, so answers can differ from what the consumer apps show.
How much do yearly plans save?
Yearly billing costs ten months for twelve: $290 instead of $348 for Starter, and $790 instead of $948 for Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in your account settings and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no contract.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you are not happy with the first payment of a subscription, ask within 14 days and we refund it in full. Renewals are covered in the policy.
What do you store about me?
Your email address, your brands and the answers each engine gave. We never see your card number: Paddle processes the payment. Free scans are public reports of the domain you scan.
Is there a usage limit?
Each plan has a fair-use ceiling on engine usage so one account cannot run unbounded scans. A scan that would cross the ceiling stops early. There are no overage charges.
