Who we are

askvisibly is operated by Softween Yazilim Ltd. Sti. (“Softween”, “we”). In these terms “you” means the person or company using the service. The seller details are:

What askvisibly does

askvisibly asks AI answer engines the questions your buyers might ask, records the answers and shows whether your brand is mentioned or cited, with a score from 0 to 100. The free scan needs no account. Paid plans add more engines, scheduled scans, history, alerts and exports, as listed on the pricing page. How a scan works is described on how it works.

Accounts

You sign in with your email address and a one-time link. Keep that mailbox safe: anyone who can open the link can use your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you use askvisibly for a company, you confirm that you may bind it. Tell us if you think someone else has access to your account.

Plans, payment and renewal

Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in US dollars. Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), our merchant of record. Paddle runs the checkout, collects payment, calculates and remits taxes, issues receipts and processes refunds. When you subscribe you also accept Paddle’s checkout terms.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account settings. The plan then stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We tell you by email before a price change takes effect on your plan. Refunds are covered in the refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use askvisibly to:

• work around rate limits, usage ceilings or access controls;
• scrape reports, badges or leaderboards in bulk, or resell raw scan data;
• interfere with the service or try to gain access you were not given;
• harass or defame a person or business, or break the law or the terms of the AI engines we query.

We may limit or suspend access that breaks these rules.

What the results are, and are not

Scores and reports describe the answers AI engines gave to our prompts at one point in time. Engines are third-party services that change without notice, answers vary from run to run, and answers fetched through an API can differ from what the consumer apps show. We do not promise that a score is accurate, that it predicts what a particular person sees, or that acting on it will change your visibility. Results are information, not legal, financial or marketing advice.

Public reports and badges

Scanning a domain creates a public report page and a badge you can embed. Anyone can scan a public domain, so a report may exist for your brand before you sign up. You can claim it by signing in, and account owners can switch a claimed report to private from their dashboard. Do not claim a brand you do not own. A report shows the domain, brand name, score and the answers we recorded.

Your data and our software

You keep the rights you have in the brand names, domains and text you submit, and you allow us to process them to run the service and show public reports. The software, the score formula, the prompts we generate and the site design belong to Softween. Answers returned by AI engines are third-party output; we store and show them to report on your visibility. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Third-party services and availability

askvisibly relies on AI engine providers, hosting and payment providers. Their outages, limits or changes can affect the service, and we are not responsible for what they return. We aim to keep askvisibly running but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change features, engines and limits, and we will tell you in advance where we can.

Ending your account

You can stop using askvisibly at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts the service at risk. We tell you why unless the law forbids it.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Softween is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Turkish law, for example liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law lets you use the courts or consumer bodies where you live.

Changes and contact
